Sure Safety is now serving its valuable customers through its 2200+ range of head - to - toe protection products, 20+ services, 15+ Safety, Health & Fire training programs.

A complete New R & D centre is being worked on by enhancing capabilities in the Respiratory Protection segment and the Body Protection segments. This shall enhance our modernisation of the two Factories for manufacturing support and bring in new JVs with foreign Manufacturers in the two segments.
In Body Protection we have already set up the Gas Tight suit inner leak testing facility as per EN 644 and are now moving towards creating facilities for EN 11612 Garment testing. This is also complimented by setting up new Machines in the coming future to increase productivity through Micro-processor based Designing of Patterns and auto layering and cutting of layered garments which shall save time for speeding up production. Pad Printing Machine is also being up graded to print Multi coloured logos both on Helmets and garments as every client wants that to be done.
Investments in the field of Inflatables and CBRN / NBC protection is also being done and other worked out and initial project is on floor already basically for Body Protection, Shelters and Respiratory protection. More revenue has been allocated for the development.
In Respiratory segment BIS approved laboratory for testing as per 10245-2 with half the machines already ordered and others are in the offing including Lung Machine etc. which helps in understanding the Breathing resistance of the user while donning face mask etc. Upgradation of facilities for this project is being implemented in stages.
Besides this 10 other small lab set ups are planned in the coming years to take care of our running products which are either being up graded or are planned to be replaced with newer technologies. All the above also is associated with hiring specialised man power to sustain these investments.
Special development plans are put in place for Self-Rescuer for Mines and Individual Under water breathing apparatus for DGMF.

MDLed by Mr Nishith Dand a visionary for providing protection to the brave soldiers and defence personnel who face challenges in adverse conditions , Maan Defence consists of technocrats who are well qualified in field research and accquantied with the needs foreseen to undertake innovations for serving the defence forces whether its individual or mass protection.
The above coupled with product and equipment as may be required by the forces which may be in the form of a concept awaiting conversion to product or solutions for the forces.
Infrastructure
Maan Defence decide to venture into Aerospace and Defence segment as a separate entity moving out of the shadows of its Principal Firm. The transition was gradual as lot of field work went into the process of setting up the manufacturing unit and the Testing facilities / Laboratories associated with such manufacturing.
The Principal Company Sure Safety (India) Limited (SSIL) is into manufacturing of Hard Hats, Body Protection Garments, Respiratory protection besides venturing into the areas of Industrial Hygiene, Hazard Management, Fire Suppression systems and Working at Heights etc.
Today SSIL has completed almost 100000 sq. kms. of fall protection installations across the country covering Industrial Sheds, Silos, Chimneys, Roofing, Rail / Road Tanker Refilling Outlets, Airports etc. to provide safe working at heights. This is besides Providing Fire Suppression systems for Electrical Panels to large number of Industries in the country specially Gujarat our parent state.
In Industrial Hygiene continuing along with our normal activities we undertook specialised assessment of Full body vibration of Industrial workers especially in almost 100 plus underground mines for workers to ensure their protection against Vibration related occupational diseases.
The creation by SSIL of the First Engineering Model of Astronaut Crew Escape Suit where in the product was developed after a lengthy Study, Research and inputs from ISRO was its foray into the Aerospace and defence, although different products were already supplied to NSG commandos, NDRF etc. which included Inflatable Shelters, CBRN suits, Rescue equipment etc. to name a few.
SSIL moved towards setting up its own Innovation centre for excellence. Gradually Sure Safety (India) Limited in-house R&D unit has undergone and passed a stringent validation process with the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India to be recognized and is now an DSIR accredited specialized Research Laboratory dedicated in the fields of Industrial Safety and Aerospace and Defence segments.
Maan Defence is now moving forward with its studies for Defence requirements and has set up innovation centre to meet the challenges coming forth.

Sure Safety (India) Limited also credits itself with most modern setup of facility for Testing and Manufacturing of Chemical Protection / Gas tight Garments, Respiratory Protection products and import substitutes for Electric Arc Garments, FR and Aluminised Fire Proxy suits and Chlorine leakage control kits etc.
Our technologically advanced Research and Development Centre is based in Vadodara, India. The centre comprises of a state-of-the-art working lab(s) and includes innovative technologies that helped accelerate the design and development of our extensive working areas.
The confidence it has given to the Industry is manifold by way of their acceptance of our innovations in line with the ‘Make in India concept promoted by the Central Government.
The frameworks and solutions developed at Sure Safety (India) Limited Research & Development Centre help make global organizations more effective and reliable and less dependent on imported products. Our capabilities along with our Sure Safety team help to provide services and operate at significantly reduced cost.
