Powered Air Protection Hood
The Powered Air Protection Hood is a respiratory protective system designed to provide a continuous supply of filtered air while protecting the wearer’s head, face and respiratory zone in hazardous or contaminated environments.
The system combines a full-coverage protective hood, wide clear visor, breathing hose and powered air-purifying unit to support comfortable breathing and clear visibility during demanding operations.
Applications
• Biological Hazard Protection — Supports personnel working in environments with biological contaminants.
• Dust & Particulate Protection — Helps reduce exposure to dust, aerosols and airborne particulates.
• Industrial Operations — Suitable for manufacturing, maintenance, processing and industrial environments.
• Decontamination & Cleanup — Supports personnel during decontamination and hazardous-area cleanup activities.
• Emergency Response — Suitable for HAZMAT, disaster response and specialized emergency operations.
• Healthcare & Laboratories — Applicable to selected laboratory, research and controlled healthcare environments.
• Training & Simulation — Suitable for respiratory-protection and emergency-response training exercises.
